Stoudemire will miss the next 2-3 weeks with a ruptured cyst in the back of his left knee.
Al Iannazzone of Newsday via Twitter - Well that sucks. This may mean Melo playing more at the power forward position until Amar’e gets back. Kurt Thomas will get some more playing time as well.
I hate to say this, but… the Knicks will be fine without Amar’e. The offense will flow much better and the defense will be significantly better.
