Knicks vs. Mavs (Game 4): Nov. 9th 7:30 PM EST
New York Knicks: 3-0 (2-0 Home)
Dallas Mavericks: 4-1 (1-1 Away)
Head-to-Head: First Meeting
TV: MSG
I got so used to the lockout schedule where there was a game like every other day, that this three day lay-off seemed like an eternity.
The Knicks are FINALLY back in action tonight and are looking to remain the only unbeaten team in the league. Yep, that’s right. The Knicks are the only team without a loss so far.
I fully expect them to keep that title after tonight.
The Mavs have been good early on, led by play of OJ Mayo and Darren Collison. They are a pretty deep team, but lack that “edge” without Dirk out there.
What I’ll be Watching:
- Marcus Camby! Coach indicated that he’s ready to go tonight. Interested to see how much time he gets. You guys remember this?
- OJ Mayo - Been following this guy since high school, so I’ve always kept tabs on him. Happy that’s he’s having a great season so far, but … hopefully the Knicks can shut him down just for one game.
- Former Mavs - Will be fun to watch JKidd and Tyson go at their old team. Expecting big things from them. Chandler is completely healthy, no flu and is actually going without the knee brace.
- Defense - can we keep it going?
Should be a good one tonight.
Betting Line: Knicks by 6 (O/U 197.0)
My Prediction: Knicks 101, Mavs 94
Prediction Record: 2-1
