Q:godd im so tired of the knicks getting destroyed in rebounds.
It’s odd, we’ve only out-rebounded one opponent so far, but the Knicks have a 9-4 record. We’re winning because of hot shooting, low turnovers and defense. Something has got to give and it’s most likely the shooting.
This may just be who the Knicks are, a bad rebounding team. Let me correct that, we’re a bad defensive rebounding team. I realized over the past few games, nobody on this team boxes out… but that just may be NBA players in general. Those that do box out are guys that lead the league in rebounding like Kevin Love.
I don’t think we can go very far in the playoffs if we keep letting opposing teams grab offensive boards. As much as I hate them, I wish we had guys like Reggie Evans on the team or Kris Humphries.
I’m hoping Woody is aware of this also?
